We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
- Your proactive approach will help clients navigate challenges, foster long-term relationships, and drive business success.
Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Understanding and documenting customer value levers
- Updating customer value maps
- Updating customer health dashboards according to established cadence
- Working with data teams to build reports that showcase customer value
- Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure roadmap progress and working closely with customers to improve it
- Ensuring customers use products correctly through collaboration with product marketing
- Developing and executing growth strategies to generate traffic
Requirements include:
Requirements- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Self-starter with strong influencing skills
- Fast learner and innovative personality
- High fluency in English (written and oral)
- Excellent business communication and idea expression skills
- Experience with tech company productivity suites (Google Suite, Slack, JIRA)
- Details-oriented and highly systematic
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act rapidly
- Data-driven skills to work with databases
