Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
  • Your proactive approach will help clients navigate challenges, foster long-term relationships, and drive business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and documenting customer value levers
  • Updating customer value maps
  • Updating customer health dashboards according to established cadence
  • Working with data teams to build reports that showcase customer value
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure roadmap progress and working closely with customers to improve it
  • Ensuring customers use products correctly through collaboration with product marketing
  • Developing and executing growth strategies to generate traffic

Requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Self-starter with strong influencing skills
  • Fast learner and innovative personality
  • High fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent business communication and idea expression skills
  • Experience with tech company productivity suites (Google Suite, Slack, JIRA)
  • Details-oriented and highly systematic
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act rapidly
  • Data-driven skills to work with databases
