As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and thoughtful solutions to their queries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a passion for problem-solving. Previous experience in FX, KYC, or AML is a plus, but we are happy to train the right individual.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling onboarding and account support with efficiency and care
