Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role and be fluent in English (written and verbal).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical incidents for corporate customers and partners across software, networking, and hardware environments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Interact with Engineering and Business departments to efficiently resolve complex technical customer issues.
  • Train and mentor junior team members by sharing technical expertise and best communication practices.
  • Contribute to developing documentation, knowledge base, and technical articles on cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support for cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, Networking, Virtualization, and cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-service focus.
  • Ability to prioritize and switch between time-sensitive issues.
