Job Overview

This is a technical support position that involves ensuring the correct functioning and maintenance of customer IT equipment and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers in accordance with SLAs.
  • Ensure proper functioning of all customer IT equipment and services.
  • Perform onsite interventions as a result of a Service Desk request, within the terms of the customer contract and SLAs.
  • Act as the customer SPOC, co-ordinate onsite intervention scheduling with Customer's resolver groups and the Service Desk, maintaining high level of customer service and communication.
Key Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of Network protocols.
  • Previous experience responsible for technical support activities (hardware, software).
  • Knowledge and understanding of Desktops, Laptops, and Printers industry standards.
  • Customer Service pro-activeness and ownership attitude, sense of service to support customers and own their issues until resolution.
  • Ability and motivation to work in a team and in rotating shifts.
