In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our organization. This encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compliance and audit activities by collecting evidence, maintaining documentation, and ensuring security controls are in place.">
  • Perform regular user access reviews and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies to safeguard our organization's resources.">
  • Administer and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, endpoint security tools, and related IT systems to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Participate in blue team activities, including security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.">
  • Assist with cloud security reviews, configuration hardening, and monitoring to ensure our cloud infrastructure is secure and compliant.">
  • Provide IT support for security-related tasks, such as endpoint onboarding, secure configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted services.">
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and other teams to implement security best practices and resolve technical issues to maintain a secure environment.">
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of security documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and security awareness.">

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices to ensure secure access to our systems.">
  • Exhibit knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR/LGPD, NIST, and others to ensure adherence to industry standards.">
  • Display familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their associated security risks and controls to ensure secure deployment and operation.">
  • Show exposure to endpoint management, MDM solutions, and IT support tools to ensure efficient and secure operations.">
  • Exhibit exposure to security operations, monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR), and incident response processes to ensure timely detection and response to security incidents.">
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to resolve complex technical issues.">
  • possess Advanced English language skills for effective collaboration with remote team members and customers.">
  • Hold relevant IT and cybersecurity certifications, while scripting skills with languages such as Python, PowerShell, Go, and/or Bash are a plus.">
