We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Design Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a UX Design Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our software applications, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop user-centered solutions that meet the business requirements of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and developers, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to executives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user journeys, and design specifications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design solutions are implemented correctly
- Conduct design workshops and discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
