Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Oversight Analyst to join our team at the ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. in Curitiba, Brazil. As a key member of our Procurement Department, you will play a critical role in driving desired behavior across procurement processes, evaluating and controlling risks, and creating effective monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement risk management team in conducting internal compliance reviews
  • Report, monitor, and support corrective action plans
  • Conduct constant process efficiency reviews and implement process automation
  • Review Procurement processes to identify risks and potential issues
  • Implement and perform mitigating controls
  • Suggest additional controls or changes to existing controls
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in Procurement, Payables, Supply Chain, Controls, and/or related areas
  • Knowledge of standard office-productivity tools, such as Excel data manipulation functions
  • Working knowledge of using SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand application functionality in related field
