AI and Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an AI and Machine Learning Specialist. This role will involve developing advanced AI and machine learning applications using large volumes of data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of post-graduation professional work experience in startups, law firms, large enterprises, or consulting firms.

The selected professional will contribute to the design and implementation of proprietary applications, combining programming language models with automations and robust data flows.

A significant portion of these initiatives will focus on the legal sector or involve legal matters, requiring an understanding of legal operational workflows and the ability to translate complex challenges into data-and-AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced AI and machine learning applications
  • Design and build platforms based on AI, machine learning, and LLMs
  • Contribute technically to implementation projects involving third-party tools, including customization when applicable
  • Implement robust data extraction, processing, and analysis pipelines
  • Customize and fine-tune language models using techniques such as fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings
  • Actively participate in technical discussions on architecture, security, scalability, and governance of AI solutions

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Law, or related field
  • 3+ years of post-graduation professional work experience in startups, law firms, large enterprises, or consulting firms
  • Fluent or advanced English and Portuguese written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to clients and offices
