Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the identification, definition, and implementation of innovations through studies and technical research to create value for the company.
- Technically lead projects in your area of expertise, ensuring scope, schedule, costs, and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical advice to other areas on project development, processes, new systems, and methodologies.
- Develop and obtain approval of technical specifications, documentation, budgets, and deadlines.
- Analyze opportunities and related risks, generating strategic actions to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure alignment with customers regarding the delivery of solutions and generate innovations to drive improvements.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of services provided by third parties.
- Promote excellence in projects by implementing best market practices.
- Identify and analyze deviations and apply procedures for their resolution.
- Develop test procedures and monitor and evaluate system tests.
- Share experiences with engineering teams and train new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environment policies.
- Support contract management and project management areas.
- Professional degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience in the electric field, knowledge of High Voltage environment within substations and Network control portfolio.
- Creation of designs and solutions for customers.
- Experience working as an Engineer leader, coordinating engineering teams or services.
- Advanced English level.
