">As a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years experience working within the online gaming industry, ideally with previous experience working within customer support, you will have an excellent command of English (spoken and written) and be proficient in using Microsoft Office platforms. A native level of one of the following languages - Hungarian, Polish or German - would be considered an asset.
You will be responsible for creating, updating and improving training materials for onboarding and upskilling Customer Support team members, as well as delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure they are well-prepared to excel in their roles. You will also conduct ongoing refresher training and workshops to address knowledge gaps and reinforce best practices.
">The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations for business growth. They will also possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships within the team and other departments, as well as a dynamic and positive personality, motivated and flexible work style.
