  • Investigate issues reported by users concerning program malfunction in UAT environment.
  • Perform debugging on programs not working as expected by the user.
  • Analyze UAT configuration tables, recommend changes, and guide users on settings.
  • Monitor batch jobs.
  • Start batch jobs and solve execution breaks.
  • Backup and restore UAT data.
