Our company is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician who will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing, and other relevant areas.
- They will also possess excellent communication skills to clarify doubts and guide users on the use, availability, installation, and configuration of software, applications, information systems, equipment, standards, and procedures within our technological environment.
- Additionally, they will be able to identify and report critical problems that have significant impacts on our customer's technological environment.
- Responsibilities will include analyzing hardware requirements for software installation, testing functionalities of new equipment, components, or peripherals, preparing configuration and user guides or manuals, reinstalling default images on workstations or notebooks, and backing up users' data.
