Job Title: Customer Service Representative Jr
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Jr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent human relations and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC skills
- Good general typing skills
