Job Overview

The Training Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in implementing and facilitating onsite and virtual training programs to drive a customer-focused learning culture across our global operations.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training courses that meet the needs of employees and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including employees, management, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop effective solutions.
  • Evaluate training programs to measure their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning Development or Education (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in classroom and/or webinar facilitation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Oracle LMS, Microsoft Teams for Training, and Power BI.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills in English and Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
  • Experience with Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Styles.
