Production Optimization Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design and improvement, with excellent knowledge of product design, materials, and parts.

- Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods.
- Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and layout design of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Applying statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Designing, installing, or troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components.
- Programming and integrating manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine product designs.
- Identifying opportunities or implementing changes to improve products or reduce costs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and proven experience with hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in programming and integrating manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to design efficient manufacturing workflows and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey complex manufacturing processes.
