Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery
  • Maintain and evolve knowledge of external trends in recruiting to drive excellence in your approach
  • Develop employer branding activation plans to bring our employer brand to life
  • Identify opportunities to automate selection processes and leverage AI to drive speed and efficiency
  • Represent Baxter's total compensation philosophy during offer negotiations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in 360 recruiting within a global organization, preferably in healthcare or medical technology
  • History of leading concurrent hiring, resources, priorities, and business partners
  • Strong relationships and consultative skills
  • Success using and optimizing recruiting technologies (ATS and CRMs), direct sourcing tools, and techniques
  • Effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials
  • Market intelligence and recruiting insights
  • Knowledge of HR management components, including performance management, development, compensation, culture, and engagement
