Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for talent acquisition to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making informed hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Source and screen candidates using various techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make informed decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
