Talent Acquisition Specialist

Street Diligence is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As a proactive and strategic recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Posting and Sourcing: Create and post compelling job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms to increase visibility and attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and staff interviewers.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Manage and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruiting software/tools.
