Job Overview

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Google
