Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives for our LATAM functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to execute recruiting plans and approaches to address critical talent gaps.
  • Partner closely with Senior Leaders in IT, HR, Finance, and Legal to drive business outcomes.
  • Consult with business leaders on talent requirements and develop actionable talent acquisition plans.
  • Drive the functional end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and represent the TA story to HR leadership.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams with direct people leadership experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of managing and onboarding geographically dispersed recruiting talent is required.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into strategy.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate a business talent strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience executing in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills.
