About the Role & Team
As a Solutions Specialist Manager, you will engage with leading-edge technologies, particularly in Airport Management systems, where SITA excels in providing top-tier airport and airside optimization solutions.
You will be an integral member of the dynamic Customer Growth Solutions Specialist Team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for sales regions, assisting with complex transactions, non-standard offerings, and newly introduced products and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development to formulate and enhance account development strategies, aligned with Portfolio and Business Unit strategic objectives.
- Act as an effective communication conduit between central Product Management teams and Sales teams, ensuring that roadmaps are accurately represented while market insights are relayed back to Product Managers.
- Proactively monitor and support the sales pipeline to guarantee that portfolio targets are met.
- Coordinate various stakeholders to define solutions, including Engineering, Product Management, Pricing, and Operations, ultimately securing their approval on proposals made by Sales.
- As a collaborative team member, share best practices from your region with fellow Solutions Specialist Team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales capacity within the Information Technology, Telecom, or Air Transport sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing, communicating, and documenting solutions for clients.
- Commercially astute and technically proficient with exceptional presentation abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to engage and persuade clients at various organizational levels.
- Proficient in interacting with C-level executives.
- Solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent proficiency in productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Word, and Visio.
- Trilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with aviation technologies is advantageous.
- Background in software engineering and cloud technologies.
