- Selects and manages relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
- Develops and manages the benefits budget, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Leads and develops a team of benefits professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in benefits administration and management, including global benefits programs.
