This pivotal role plays a critical part in driving the success of strategic large public customer accounts within Google for Education. As a key liaison between customers and stakeholders, you will foster strong relationships, understand their needs, and orchestrate impactful programs that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Event Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging Google Day events tailored to diverse audiences within the education sector. These events showcase the value proposition of Google for Education solutions and drive adoption.
  • User Engagement Strategies: Develop comprehensive strategies to increase the utilization of Google for Education tools among educators and students. This includes creating compelling content, delivering impactful training sessions, and fostering a thriving online community.
  • Account Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts. Leverage your deep understanding of customer needs and product knowledge to advocate for Google for Education solutions and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the Secretaries of Education. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with Google's strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in program management, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape and the challenges faced by schools and districts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform education.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
