Computer Science Education Program Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented Class/Program Coordinator to support our online programs.
- Manage course schedules, maintain records and databases.
- Act as primary contact for students, handling requests, issues, and inquiries.
- Monitor enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
- Facilitate communication between staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
- Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning.
- Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
- Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
