We're seeking an academic support professional to join our dynamic team at a leading Higher Education Institution in computer science education.
This role involves providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases, and acting as the primary contact for students.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage course scheduling and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate student enrollment and progress records, offering guidance as needed.
- Coordinate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
- Organize events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
- Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
- Maintain program-related documentation and reports.
- Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are an asset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
