Incident Response Leader Role

The Monitoring Team plays a vital part in the Incident Report Operational Center (IROC). Its primary goal is to centralize incident monitoring, detection, and initial response across relevant systems. This team's expertise ensures seamless operations and business continuity.

The team is responsible for monitoring all business systems, detecting incidents across multiple service dependencies, and executing appropriate redundancy protocols based on service type. Effective incident communication and documentation are key to achieving transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in incident management.

We operate 24/7, ensuring immediate response and detailed incident reporting. Our team documents all actions and outcomes for thorough analysis and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the local Monitoring Team to deliver consistent high-quality services.
  • Perform Monitoring, Incident Management, Redundancy, and Incident Reporting activities.
  • Work on shifts to ensure 16/7 coverage.
  • Monitor multiple business systems and detect incidents across various service dependencies.
  • Enhance the Monitoring Team's performance to meet SLA requirements.
  • Utilize and maintain monitoring dashboards to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure prompt incident responses from the Monitoring Team.
  • Review and update Incident Management documentation.
  • Coordinate incident communication with multiple parties.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Monitoring, Incident Management, or a similar role (1 year minimum, 2 or more years recommended).
  • Knowledge of Monitoring and Incident Reporting methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with Grafana or similar tools.
