We're seeking a skilled Deal Desk Analyst to join our global sales organization. In this position, you will play a critical role in structuring deals, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, sales operations, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of deal approvals, ensuring compliance with approved pricing strategies
- Provide proactive support to the global sales team to drive new deals and expansion opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure
- Maintain and enforce agreed-upon deal, close dates, and packages
- Reconcile closed deals to ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales numbers
- Serve as the liaison between the sales and billing teams regarding issues/questions regarding invoicing, promos, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, sales operations, marketing operations, or business insights
- Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and tasks
- Proven experience working with sales technology and analytical tools such as Excel/Sheets and Salesforce
