This role requires you to manage your own pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, while representing the company with clarity, discipline, and energy. Success will be measured by your ability to hit and exceed aggressive new client acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts.
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach.
  • Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using a CRM system.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating the value proposition to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong pipeline management skills and a consistent record of exceeding outbound sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
