We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a critical role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk assessment, data analysis, and machine learning, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact financial performance.
- Develop actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Risk Assessment
- Evaluate the risk profile of credit portfolios.
- Forecast future risk trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Machine Learning & AI
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to assess and mitigate credit risk.
- Optimize algorithms to improve model performance.
- A/B Testing
- Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features on risk performance.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong statistical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience with lending businesses and frameworks in credit risk management.
