Strategic Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing risk control strategies that drive business growth and minimize potential losses.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust risk control frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks across various business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic risk assessments and recommendations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze real-time risk trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to minimize losses.
  • Work closely with product, R&D, and algorithm teams to optimize systems and models, ensuring continuous improvement in the risk control framework's robustness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with strong logical thinking, proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Experience in risk management is a plus.
  • Proficient in English for workplace communication; open to long-term business travel.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with business, product, and R&D teams to achieve risk management objectives.
  • Business-oriented mindset: Proactively understand business workflows and goals, and adapt risk management measures flexibly to align with business changes.
  • Strong risk awareness with expertise in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation, coupled with rapid learning capabilities.
