The primary objective of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mall, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the maintenance and functionality of all building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage operational expenses, staffing, scheduling, and administrative functions, maintaining cost-effectiveness and productivity.
  • Coordinate key service areas including housekeeping, security, food services, carpark operations, engineering, and special projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences that promote tenant satisfaction, drive foot traffic, and encourage repeat patronage.
  • Monitor and control common area costs while implementing initiatives to enhance profitability, thereby contributing to the organization's financial goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, customers, service providers, and local government units, serving as a liaison for communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards related to engineering systems, construction projects, and preventive maintenance, upholding industry best practices.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, construction activities, public safety, and outsourced services, streamlining processes and minimizing disruptions.
  • Support the Regional Operations Manager in executing programs aimed at increasing sales and operational efficiency, driving business growth and success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in mall management or a related field, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
