UX Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate User Experience Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and conducting user research studies, as well as analyzing and synthesizing data to inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret player data to understand preferences, behaviors, and pain points.\
  • Plan and execute end-to-end research studies using surveys, focus groups, interviews, playtests, and other methods.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize research needs and align with project goals.\
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for game design, product, and publishing teams.\
  • Lead and mentor a team of user researchers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output.\
  • Stay current on research methodologies and gaming trends to continuously elevate research impact.\
  • Ensure consistent, reliable research practices that reflect the voice of players.\
  • Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to non-research audiences.\
  • Manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.\
  • Adhere to all core values.\
  • Passion for games or strong understanding of gaming culture and player motivations.\
  • Excellent project management and organization skills and familiarity with Agile methodology.\
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments.\
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.\
  • Strong ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively to non-research audiences.\
  • Skilled in designing and conducting surveys, FGDs, interviews, and usability studies.\
  • Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.\
  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.\
  • Proficiency with research tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Dovetail, or similar.\
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and Gemini and openness to develop AI skills.\
