Key Responsibilities

  • The individual will utilize McLeod software to manage load tracking, documentation, and carrier assignment efficiently.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align on shipment requirements and timelines.
  • Maintaining compliance with company procedures and customer service standards throughout the booking and tracking process is crucial.

The ideal candidate should have proven negotiation and relationship-building skills, hands-on experience with McLeod TMS, and ability to identify, recruit, and onboard new carriers.

Requirements
  • The successful candidate must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative and sales-related tasks.
  • They should be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for internal and external correspondence.
  • A working knowledge of logistics operations, transportation modes, and freight management is preferred.
