Role Overview:
">- Manage the client journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Liaise with clients to design tailored onboarding plans based on SOPs, facilitate kick-off calls, and track progress and platform engagement.
- Deliver strategic value by guiding clients in leveraging our features to drive meaningful business outcomes, promote successful adoption, and ROI through active advisement.
- Provide white-glove support advisory services, maintaining high-touch relationships and aligning client growth with our pricing structure, while helping clients transition across business tiers.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring a smooth handoff to customer success teams, collaborating with product teams, and contributing to optimizing support documentation and workflows.
- Elevate the client experience by upholding our values through professional, empathetic, and personalized interaction.
Requirements:
">- At least 3 years of experience in client onboarding, sales support, or customer success in a SaaS or eCommerce-tech environment.
- Preferred experience with Amazon Advertising Technology.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with CRM platforms, Intercom, and training/documentation tools.
- Strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Amazon marketplace, advertising tools, or supply chain software.
