Job Opportunity: Senior Onboarding Specialist
">Citigroup Global Markets Brasil CCTVM is a leading financial institution in Brazil. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and analyzing client information, performing sanctions and anti-money laundering verification, and maintaining accurate records in Sinacor. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Receive physical and electronic client information for onboarding purposes">
- Analyze client documentation to ensure compliance with regulations">
- Perform sanctions and anti-money laundering verification">
- Maintain accurate records in Sinacor">
- Interact with Front-Office, Middle-Office, Back Office, Compliance, and Legal teams">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- 2 or more years of experience in onboarding institutional clients">
- Effective verbal and written communication skills">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
- Excellent relationship management skills">
- Expert level proficiency in Windows and MS Office Suite">
- English language skills">
- Sinacor experience">
- PQO Certification for Onboarding">
- Microsoft Office (VBA is a plus)">
Education:
">A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
