Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Professional to join our Commodities and Global Markets team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to sales and marketing staff, responsible for all client onboarding and lifecycle management activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Lifecycle Maintenance (CLM) in a financial services, commodities and markets, or consulting environment. Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is required, with excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

  • Provide high-level support to sales and marketing professionals
  • Identify and escalate high-risk triggers and potential risk findings
  • Maintain accurate and complete data and documents in customer databases
  • C coordinate across stakeholders at all levels within the organization
