Onboarding Expert

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring their successful integration into our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a tailored onboarding plan for each client, gathering and configuring necessary information for a smooth launch.
  • Lead kick-off meetings to align expectations, gather requirements, and guide clients through the onboarding journey.
  • Design and configure AI assistants using internal tools based on client needs and business logic.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver a unified client experience.
  • Establish clear communication channels with clients, providing regular updates to resolve blockers and ensure progress.
  • Deliver high-quality AI solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor and manage onboarding timelines, ensuring timely launches within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide initial training and resources to help clients effectively utilize their AI agents.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with expertise in onboarding and technical support.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and translate them into actionable configurations.
  • Experience working with JSONs and understanding structured logic flows.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player who can collaborate across departments and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, client-centric attitude.
