Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-centric professional to join our team as a Hostess. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
  • You will ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
  • You will follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
  • You will practice high standards of personal grooming and uniform dress code.
  • You will assist callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay.
  • You will have a good knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements.
  • You will comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

  • You will possess a positive attitude.
  • You will have good communication skills (oral and written).
  • You will be committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • You will exhibit excellent grooming standards.
  • You will demonstrate flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • You will have the ability to work on your own or in teams.
