Are you looking for a career that offers growth opportunities and challenges your skills? As an Onboarding Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients during their onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and 1-1 training sessions to equip clients with the necessary knowledge to utilize our products effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to configure and customize our solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the onboarding process, escalating as necessary.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on product upgrades and provide expert advice to clients.
- Localize the onboarding process for clients in Brazil and Latin America using our global onboarding model as a reference.
- 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
- Technical proficiency and experience working with software platforms and systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
