We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Elevate complex technical customer support issues from lower-tier teams and provide expert guidance.
  • Analyze software bugs, data anomalies, API issues, performance concerns, and environment-specific problems to deliver effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, to diagnose root causes, document findings, and implement impactful changes.
  • Reproduce customer issues, collect relevant logs, analyze error messages, and recommend workarounds as needed.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's platform, integrations, APIs, and system behavior to ensure seamless support.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team-wide troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Identify patterns in support cases and provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and ensure lessons learned are translated into process or product enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Experience in Tier 3 software support.
