The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial equipment, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and automation systems. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess leadership abilities and have a passion for innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with automation systems and industrial machinery
- Leading a team of technicians and providing guidance and training as needed
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
