Aircraft Maintenance Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the coordination of all maintenance functions on shift at assigned locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft maintenance operations, applicable FAA regulations, and leadership experience.
- Safe Operations: Ensuring safe and efficient maintenance operations in accordance with schedules and regulatory requirements.
- Productivity and Cost Control: Assigning maintenance personnel to achieve maximum productivity and cost control.
- Leadership and Direction: Providing leadership and direction to on-shift labor workforce to maximize output.
- Awareness and Performance: Maintaining awareness of operational, safety, and human resource performance objectives.
The successful candidate will also be required to communicate effectively with employee groups within the station. A valid passport and authorization to work in Brazil without sponsorship are also essential requirements for this role.
