Job Title: Monitoring Tools Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Tools Administrator to join our team in Porto. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering monitoring tools and systems, infrastructure management, CICD implementation, and providing troubleshooting and support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should have at least 2 years of experience working with Zabbix, as well as experience with other monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack, AppDyn, Newrelic, etc). A strong understanding of database knowledge (MySQL preferred) and DevOps mindset (CICD tools, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible) is also required.

  • At least 2 years of experience on Zabbix;
  • Work experience with other monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack, AppDyn, Newrelic, etc);
  • Database Knowledge (MySQL preferred);
  • DevOps mindset (CICD tools, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible).

A Zabbix Certification, Python Knowledge, Containers Knowledge (OpenShift/Kubernetes and/or Docker), Cloud services Knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure, Private Clouds), and Experience with Windows and Linux administration are desirable but not essential.

Other Requirements

In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, applicants must have a strong English language proficiency (B2 level or higher) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • English level B2 (mandatory);
