Position Overview
The Manager of Retail Environment Strategies will be responsible for crafting and overseeing the retail environment strategy specifically for drugstores, focusing on the essential 5Ps: Product, Price, Promotions, Point of Sale, and Planogram. This role requires leveraging expertise in Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales.

Collaboration with Consumer Marketing, Retail Shopper Insights, Category Management, and Customer Development is crucial to devise strategies and tactics for effectively executing categories and brands within this retail setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Extensive experience in Trade Marketing or commercial sectors
  • Proficient in English
  • Familiarity with Research Analysis Tools (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, Dunnhumby)
  • Proficient in Office applications

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong background in consumer goods (Food, Hygiene, and Beauty) or pharmaceutical industries
  • Proven track record of meeting business objectives, including Market Share and Sales
  • Experience managing multiple brands and product launches concurrently
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement trade marketing strategies
  • Capacity to foster inter-organizational relationships to achieve results
  • Skill in translating brand strategies into actionable trade marketing initiatives in the retail environment, including 5Ps tactics and execution guidelines
  • Experience in managing investment and trade marketing budgets
