Virtual Wellness Program Coordinator

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about wellness and have experience in programming, administration coordination, virtual event management, or community support.

As a Virtual Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating live class schedules, communicating with instructors to confirm availability and gather class details, providing basic support to clients and instructors, monitoring class attendance, and gathering feedback from members to improve class offerings.

The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through. Experience working at a health tech or wellness startup and background in virtual wellness delivery or e-learning company are desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and publish weekly and monthly live class schedules
  • Communicate with wellness instructors to confirm availability and gather class details
  • Provide basic support to clients and instructors (e.g., tech check-ins, live session support, FAQs)
  • Monitor class attendance and flag any issues or trends
  • Gather and organize feedback from members to improve class offerings
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools and software
