Job Title: Pricing Manager

This role oversees regional machine merchandising frameworks for the Americas, ensuring accurate and timely execution. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team in managing pricing analysts and consultants, executing process improvement initiatives, and supervising regional merchandising teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise pricing analysts and consultants to support price activities, including price generation, process improvements, and pricing operations for the Americas.
  • Execute regional merchandising frameworks and related credit processes, leading and executing process improvement initiatives to support strategic goals such as Zero Lag and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Work closely with Regional Merchandising teams to execute merchandising post-sale credits, evaluate dealer SPAR washouts, conduct audits, review key control reports, and manage process items like timeliness, auto-claim, and auto-pay.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has 10 years of marketing or pricing-related experience and a degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, accounting, or a related field. They must have advanced English skills, knowledge of value selling and negotiating, data gathering and analysis, decision-making, and critical thinking.

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of Dealer Operations is a plus.

Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify. This is not a fully remote position. Limited travel expected (10-25% of working time). Sponsorship is not available.
