Job Title: Automotive Program Manager

Job Description

This role involves overseeing complex automotive programs, particularly in the area of intelligent cockpit systems.

The successful candidate will serve as a primary liaison between external customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivering complex programs, owning standalone workstreams, navigating cross-border projects, defining tactical approaches, and establishing key metrics to measure program success.

A proactive mindset is required to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess 7-8 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in IVI or ADAS systems.

A strong background in program management, covering software, hardware, and manufacturing processes, is essential.

PMP certification is highly preferred, and a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is also desirable.

Candidates must demonstrate fluency in German and English and be willing to collaborate across multiple regions and travel occasionally.
