The successful Calling and Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for implementing targeted outreach strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Phone-Based Research: Conduct initial calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria.
  • Database Analysis: Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals.
Requirements and Expectations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Able to manage a high volume of outreach calls each week.
