The successful Calling and Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for implementing targeted outreach strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Outreach: Design and execute tailored outreach plans to engage with potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team members.
- Phone-Based Research: Conduct initial calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria.
- Database Analysis: Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
- Desirable: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
- Able to manage a high volume of outreach calls each week.
