Job Title: Financial Director and Business Partner

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models that support business decisions.
  • In addition, you will provide expert advice on pricing strategies, cost management, and revenue optimization.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • You will also lead the performance management process, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Your expertise will be essential in conducting scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification such as CPA or CMA preferred.

  • 8-12 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and business partnering in a pharmaceutical or life-science company.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing structures, including Gross-to-net (GTN) accounting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial analysis tools.
