Clinical Research Associate Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to conduct site visits, monitor clinical trial progress, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations.

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key site personnel, providing training on protocol and study procedures, monitoring data quality and patient safety through regular site audits and educational initiatives, and collaborating with the Clinical Study Team to ensure timely delivery of study milestones and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to monitor clinical trial progress and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key site personnel and provide training on protocol and study procedures.
  • Monitor data quality and patient safety through regular site audits and educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Study Team to ensure timely delivery of study milestones and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 2+ years of monitoring experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking), with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in global oncology trials.
  • Knowledge of ICH and associated regulatory guidelines.
  • Familiarity with industry CTMS and data management systems.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position requiring up to 70% travel, with opportunities to work from home and collaborate with colleagues remotely.
